The sales process
Arrange a free, no obligation valuation of your property with Fenland Estates. At this stage you will also receive free advice on the best way to market your home
Having agreed a marketing strategy appoint Fenland Estates to advertise your home for sale
Fenland Estates will arrange for potential buyers to view your home. Remember, unlike many agents, Fenland Estates will always be present at viewings.
When an offer to purchase your home is received Fenland Estates will discuss this with you and will negotiate between you and the buyer to try to agree a price that is agreeable to you both.
Once you have accepted an offer, now is the time to ask your solicitor or licensed conveyancer to liaise with the buyer’s solicitor and draw up contracts for sale. Fenland Estates will continue to liaise with all parties involved in the sale to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible
Exchange of contracts. This is when both you and the buyer become legally committed to the sale.
Completion. The sale is completed, monies exchanged and keys handed over.
